JORDAN CONLAN
FURNITURE & OBJECT

Jordan Conlan is a designer and craftsperson based in Melbourne/Naarm, working across furniture and object, exploring the intersection between art, craft, and design while incorporating elements of inquisitiveness and subtle play within his work.

Jordan’s approach to his practice involves stages of deep research and experimentation, engaging with historical contexts, architectural forms, and the natural environment, forming a considered framework early on.

By challenging familiar typologies, he allows his medium to move beyond the utilitarian, delivering outcomes that are both deliberate and meaningful.
